I just picked up the Season Two boxed set at Best Buy for $95.99!!

I know it still says $114.99 at the web site, but when I went into the store on Wednesday to buy my set, they all had price tags reading $95.99. An employee told me that they were on sale, so get to your local Best Buy now!

I just thought I'd give you a heads-up. Now it's back to "The Way We Weren't" . . . . :)

do you have multiregional DVD players? If yes, I suggest taking a look at Region 2 Season 2 Boxset when it's released on November 3rd - it contains three more episode commentaries which were avaiable only on Australian Season 2 DVDs - MTB, WGFA (different one than on R1 DVD) and DMD. Contender UK did really brilliant job getting them from Australian release and including in theirs together with these two from R1 (CDM and WGFA).

yeah best buy is fantastic! Before, i was paying 40 bucks a pop on two disc dvds, which meant I couldn't buy that many at once, then i went to best buy where I found them for 25 bucks! I bought 3 that week.

that bites! i paid 5 dllars to pre order mine and it still cost $128 dollars minus $25 rebate and still cost me $119.00 when it was all said and done...

i think i'll be ordering from deep discount dvd next time and mabey i'll splurge for the regional ones that have more extras...

ranting aside, i'm quite happy to have the set, the only thing i didn't like was claudia and that director guy's commentary on CMD. boring, they really should get anthony simcoe to do more commentaries (quite amusing) and ben browder (very informative)...

Well I am just happy that mine was preordered and delivered to the house yesterday pm. I have hardly any Season 2 on tape so will be catching up soon. :D No point mentioning price as it is in Canadian dollars.

its not the sale price, its the permanant price. i work at bb and yellow stickers are reg. prices. i was pissed that there was no mention of FS in the ad this week, a major bummer indeed.

I just bought a new Season 1 set on eBay. It is amazing how fast Farscape sets are sold (even though they often get to be more expensive than what you can get them for at deepdiscounts.com or similar). Makes me wonder how many more "closeted" Scapers are out there waiting to discover us!

PS - I paid $82 for mine (shipping and insurance included :))

If anybody is looking for a decent deal on boxed sets of the complete season 1,2 and 3, I purchased some from Half.com (an ebay subsiduary). It was brand new still in the wrapper and I only paid $82 US Dollars including shipping. I didn't have the boxed set for Season 1 so I set out to locate it.

Does anyone know when season 4 boxed sets will be in region one format? The only places that seem to have the boxed set for the final season are Australia and Great Britian.

i bought Farscape 1 set brand new from a guy who sells tons of those daily on eBay. he guarantees that the DVD's are not bootlegs and are original ADV products. he buys them from somewhere too, right?
