Posted on the dom. Not on their website yet.

Due to some mailing error, I got my new TV Guide earlier than usual. Instead of Monday, it was delivered on Saturday! (I suppose this has something to do with upcoming New Year's Eve.)
-
In any case, there is a wonderful Roush Review on Farscape. It is entitled "Far Out and Way Cool - Earth to SciFi: Why Cancel This Show?" In addition to complaining about the cancelation, it also has some spoilers for the new episode "Kansas".
-
In addition, there is a picture of D'Argo from "Kansas". How do I know that? Well, he is in his usual battle stance, holding his Qalta Blade. But he is not facing a "Peacekeeper" (in the strictest sense). Also D'Argo is dressed a little .... differently. I am not going to spoil it for you, but it made me do a few double-takes. [LAUGHING OUT LOUD]
-
Also, since this TV Guide covers Jan. 4 to Jan 10, check out the Closeup on "Kansas" for Friday, Jan 10. The summary gives away a few plot lines. But the included picture also gives us a surprise concerning John Crichton.

Argh! Do not tempt me with semi-spoilers!

Must....... remain........ spoiler........ virgin........

Seriously, sounds awesome. But I think I'm going to hold out for the airing. Only 12 more days.

I'd ask Mr. Roush to marry me, if I hadn't already asked about three people on this forum to do the same, and wasn't still hoping that my boyfriend won't find out... *grin*

I really need to come up with a better way of expressing gratitude, since this culture isn't conduicive to polygamy.

I was just going to post about another thing I saw about FS in the latest TV Guide (the one before this beauteaous one!). Anyway THIS IS JUST SO GREAT!!!!! So guys.......we all should get copies of this, make blowup copies, and mail it into Skiffy. I bet they are aware of it, but they should be doubly aware that we are not only seeing the printed stuff, but loving it. Just an idea!:)

1.) Matt Roush RAWKS!

2.) I'm with you, Eve--AARRGGH!! Half-Spoilers!!

Don't worry, there's a frelling huge box of comforting Godiva in the Spoiler Virgin Salon just down the hall, here. Would you like some cocoa? A little Bailey's and coffee?

--feldman, who probably shouldn't wander around drunk and cocoa-faced, but will if that's what it takes.

Okay, I'll marry him. Is he single?

I'll have to look at this after the fact- no spoilers for me. :)

No spoilers, if I can help it!

That's two great things from two great Matts tonight (Matt Roush and Mat McCoy). Umm, I can't repeat what Jonathan said tonight... (something about wombats and spycams in the garden ;) )

I'm getting just a TAD TENSE waiting for Friday... my thumbs are covered in red ink from remaking my rubberstamp to read: "www. WATCHFARSCAPE. com Fridays at 8pm On Sci-Fi" I haven't eaten a "real meal" since Christmas Day. I think I'm on edge just a bit.

Maybe we could make up some kind of list of all of us who are willing to marry people when they do amazing things for Farscape ;). Hey, we could have our own Bachelor-type reality show...Skiffy is going into reality shows now, right???

And arrrggghhh!!! for staying away from spoilers!!! I'm going to go watch some more Farscape and keep my fingers away from the mouse button to click on that link...

I'm going to send the best thank you I can. I'm going to subscribe and I'm going to tell them that I am subscribing for the first time specifically because of how much I enjoy reading Matt Roush's articles.:aok:

DRD2001....awesome idea! I'm with you on this one. I'm going to do this as well as a way to thank Mr.Rousch. Fruitbaskets are nice, but having the boss see people are subscribing to your magazine because of your articles will last longer I think! ;)

DRD2001, that is a *great* idea.

I think Matt deserves some huge floral delivery for all this. Money can't buy publicity like that. He just LOVES FARSCAPE. For that, he is my brudda forever.

I say let's send him a press kit, a car wrap, or *something* else that is really cool as a thank you.

You know, I've been thinking. Remember that statement that Bonnie Hammer made a few weeks ago that Stargate fans are *everywhere*. We sent postcards to let her know that Farscape fans are everywhere too. I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if we sent little thank-you gifts that represented our geographic location to our biggest supporters (like Matt Rousch, Renay San Miguel, Dave Mason). For instance, being from Georgia I would think peanuts or maybe peach preserves would be appropriate.

Just an idea.

Hmm... Kerlin, Shipscat, we could be on to something...

We should do a survey! "How many people would you be willing to marry to save Farscape?"

yeah, atlantagirl, but being from Pittsburgh I'd have to send them a hunk of steel. Oh, the postage costs....

(actually, I think it's a very cool idea. Hmmm... maybe I could send them like a Mario Lemieux hockey puck.)

Oooh, that's a GREAT IDEA. And how about one for the Great Dave Mason (who named Farscape the No. 1 show of the year), and Julio Ojeda-Zapata, and Renay San Miguel, and . . .

Hi Atlantagirl,

Do you know what the URL will be so we can pull up that article after today?

I assume this URL will continue to have the Farscape review until next week's TV guide comes out. I'm not familiar with the TV Guide web site, so I don't know if they archive each week's features.

I think that, unlike the paper version on the newstands, the website updates it's reviews on a daily basis. I could be wrong. Does anybody know?
