In order to expand the size of Farscape's fanbase, one of the goals here at WatchFarscape.com has been to donate volumes of Farscape to local libraries. We want to help as many public libraries as we can, to help keep Farscape in reach of those who want to get a taste of it, check it out, or just watch it. The initial goal of this project has been to place episodes in the top-20 Nielsen cities in the United States - a goal which has almost been reached, much to our excitement! In addition, we've been providing Farscape to librarians that special request it from us for their local library's Audio/Visual Collection regardless of size or location in the US and Canada.
We also encourage Do-it-Yourself-ers. If you don't feel comfortable donating to this project through paypal or if you want to donate additional materials than those listed in a request - go right ahead. If you decide to do so, please get in touch with Mickie, the Library Project's Coordinator, and let her know who you are, what you're donating, which library, system and branch.
All donations of Farscape to libraries, made by individuals, local Scaper groups, or by WatchFarscape.com are tabulated. You can find the latest statistics on Library Donations at http://library.watchfarscape.com.
